Drive.  Determination.  These two words are the fuel behind the fire that is KoMika.

A native of Baltimore, this talented singer/songwriter has inspired her audience with her ability to connect to them with her words, and move them with the undeniable power of her voice.

Moving to Dallas, TX in her teens, KoMika developed the work ethic that began her journey towards her musical calling.  After receiving several top honors in national talent competitions, KoMika made her way to NYC after high school.    It is KoMika’s devotion and perseverance that has allowed her to build a fan base of over sixty thousand (& growing).  Her commitment to her craft has led KoMika to generate over a million hits on the internet, and has earned her “Get Hooked” mix tape more than 65,000 downloads to date.

In addition to a recent win on BET’s highly rated program, “106th & Park,” KoMika has been featured as an opening act for such industry megastars as T.I. and Raheem Devaughn, among others.  No stranger to hard work, KoMika continues to perform and promote her music at every opportunity, including lending her unique vocal styling to national commercial jingles as well as countless mix tapes.

KoMika’s voice is more than capable of shining through the noise of a world now full of chaos and change.  She has the necessary qualities to appeal to diverse audiences and does not feel the need to limit herself to any one genre of music.
